Job summary

CEL Critical Power in Williamsburg, VA seeks Assembly Operators to build power infrastructure, including PDUs and RPPs, using engineering drawings and work instructions. You will perform preparatory assembly tasks, wire preparation, and quality checks in a 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday schedule at our on-site facility.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, experience with hand/power tools, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble critical power distribution equipment, including PDUs and RPPs, using drawings and instructions.
• Perform cable stripping, wire preparation, labeling, and component staging.
• Assemble and install switchgear frames and mechanical components.
• Build electrical sub-assemblies and wire harnesses.
• Read and interpret schematic and mechanical drawings to ensure accurate assembly.
• Maintain clean, organized, and audit-ready work area in compliance with EHS procedures.
• Support final product preparation, packaging, and shipment.
