Jabil is seeking an Electrical Assembler to join our Prince George, VA facility. You will assemble, wire, route, connect and test electrical components and subassemblies used in large form switch gear for data center applications.

Working from drawings and wiring diagrams, you will collaborate with a fast-paced manufacturing team, ensure safety and quality, and help meet production schedules. The role begins Fall 2026 with competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• One year of electrical assembly experience preferred.
• Able to read schematics, wiring diagrams and BOMs.
• Proficient with hand tools and basic test equipment.
• Committed to quality and workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, wire, and install electrical components, wiring harnesses and subassemblies.
• Interpret and follow electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and BOMs.
• Perform inspections and functional testing to ensure quality.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain accurate production, quality, and traceability documentation.
• Identify discrepancies and communicate issues to the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet schedules and goals.
