Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related engineering discipline.
• Engineering experience in Powersports or Automotive preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills.
• Ability to interact/communicate effectively with staff/management.
• Must maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Develop basic component and system layouts for ATV/SxS prototypes using CAD software.
• Communicate specification requirements via prototype drawings that set final Apple specifications for global models.
• Maintain accurate technical, development, and administrative documentation.
• Adhere to cost targets and optimize designs to meet targets.
• Create and manage work schedules, coordinate resources, and monitor project progress.
• Communicate project status in meetings and development events.
• Support maturation of ideas to development applications with minimal supervision.
