Job summary

HDR is hiring for a Section Leader in the Power sector to lead the project development group in Detroit, MI. You will supervise staff, ensure profitability, and drive quality analyses, memos, and cost estimates for major projects.

You will build client relationships, participate in marketing and proposal efforts, and coordinate with multiple sections to deliver integrated solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in related field.
• Professional registration or licensure may be required.
• Strong communication and listening skills demonstrated.
• Ability to lead, organize and manage multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of the project development section and staff development.
• Develop and maintain client relationships; participate in marketing and proposals.
• Provide oversight and quality checks on analysis, memos, and cost estimates.
• Act as Project Manager and manage production on projects.
• Coordinate with other sections and lead multidisciplinary teams.
