Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) seeks a SCITLS Power Platform User Support professional for on-site support at Offutt AFB, NE. You will enable Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint users, ensuring reliable operation and data access for mission-critical systems.

Requirements include 1+ years of relevant experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to obtain ITIL 4/5 ITSM certification within 9 months and CompTIA Security+ within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Education: Technical training or degree required.
• 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate or SharePoint.
• Experience providing support and assisting with issues.
• Experience supporting users, onboarding and training.
• Ability to collaborate with data engineers, analysts and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must obtain ITIL 4/5 ITSM certification within 9 months.
• Must obtain CompTIA Security+ within 30 days.
• Must possess TS clearance with SCI eligibility and US citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Provides user support to assist system administrators.
• Creates and maintains collaboration and data solutions.
• Responds to user requests for assistance.
• Collaborates on architecture upgrades and consolidations.
• Interfaces with program staff to provide access to program data.
• Assists with external account requests and access issues.
• Analyzes user requests and incidents to determine priority.
• Identifies and implements resolutions.
