Job summary

Uline, a family-owned company, seeks a Microsoft Solutions Engineer in Pleasant Prairie, WI to lead Power Platform initiatives for a major U.S. e-commerce site.

You will own Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio, delivering scalable automation and high-performance operations. Collaborate with business teams to identify automation opportunities, develop PowerShell-based automation, and document processes while advancing Microsoft 365 and Azure automation skills in a stable,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or CS.
• 3+ years with Microsoft 365, Power Platform and PowerShell.
• Working knowledge of Entra ID and Microsoft 365 security and compliance.
• Experience with Copilot Studio and Azure automation tools preferred.
• Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage Microsoft Power Platforms, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Copilot Studio.
• Partner with business teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver solutions that ensure high performance and efficient operations.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and automation to streamline processes, reporting and user setup across Microsoft 365 and Power Platforms.
• Promote best practices and provide system support through clear documentation, training and collaboration across teams.
