Job summary

Uline, a leading North American shipping materials company, seeks a Microsoft Solutions Engineer to lead Microsoft Power Platform initiatives. You will own Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Copilot Studio, partnering with business teams to automate processes and improve performance across the enterprise.

You will also develop PowerShell-based automation for reporting, user setup and Microsoft 365 integration, while documenting best practices and training colleagues to ensure smooth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform and PowerShell.
• Working knowledge of Entra ID and Microsoft 365 security and compliance.
• Experience with Copilot Studio and Azure automation tools preferred.
• Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage Microsoft Power Platforms, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Copilot Studio.
• Partner with business teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver solutions that ensure high performance and efficient operations.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and automation to streamline processes, reporting and user setup across Microsoft 365 and Power Platforms.
• Promote best practices and provide system support through clear documentation, training and collaboration across teams.
