Job Description: The Senior Platform Engineer role works within our agile/scrum Product Engineering team to develop software via assigned tasks. This role leads initiatives with minimal guidance, collaborating closely with peers and communicating across the team.

Responsibilities:

1. Applying current and learning new technical skills and understanding required to complete tasks to the definition of done.
2. Conducting and facilitating code reviews, ensuring coding standards are met.
3. Writing technical documentation for application development.
4. Proactively gaining in-depth knowledge of all applications and code worked on, including code not written personally.
5. Contributing to product demonstrations.
6. Conducting Proof-of-Concepts and providing pros/cons for team decision-making.
7. Contributing to process improvement ideas.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• 4-6+ years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of OOP and Design Patterns.
• 3+ years experience with C#, HTML, CSS, JS/jQuery.
• Experience with Power Apps customizations, Power Platform development, SQL Server Reporting Services, Power BI, Dynamics 365, and related concepts.
• Experience with data migration, Power Automate, Power Portals, Azure services, Agile delivery, and version control tools.
• Additional certifications or frameworks are a plus.

The salary range is estimated between $99,500 and $223,500 annually, based on various factors including experience and location.
