Job Description: The Senior Platform Engineer role works within our agile/scrum Product Engineering team to develop software via assigned tasks. This role leads initiatives with little guidance, working with immediate peers and communicating across the team.

Responsibilities:

1. Applying current and learning new technical skills to complete tasks to the definition of done.
2. Conducting and facilitating code reviews, ensuring coding standards are met.
3. Writing technical documentation for application development.
4. Proactively gaining in-depth knowledge of all applications and code worked on.
5. Contributing to product demonstrations.
6. Conducting Proof-of-Concepts and providing pros/cons for decision making.
7. Contributing to work process improvements.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• 4-6+ years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of OOP and Design Patterns.
• 3+ years with C#, HTML, CSS, JS/jQuery.
• Experience with Power Apps customizations, Power Platform, SQL Server Reporting, Power BI, Dynamics 365, and data migration.
• Experience with Power Automate, MS Portal, Azure services, Agile methodologies, and version control tools.
• Additional certifications and frameworks are a plus.

Remote role. Uphold Crowe’s values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship. Compensation range: $99,500 - $223,500 annually, based on various factors.
