NIWC Atlantic Software Services requires ISHPI to provide emerging Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of Navy (DON) information technology, to design, develop, engineer, and maintain systems that will improve customer organizational efficiency. ISHPI provides support in the areas of Administrative Services, Applications Integration Management, Corporate Strategy Planning and Execution, Information Assurance (IA), Information Resource Management, and Information Technology (IT) Operations. Further tasks include new standards engineering, prototype installation, application development, data interoperability, system design, system management and maintenance, data collection, analysis, and other management and implementation efforts in support of data translation, data mediation, and data mapping.

Responsibilities

1. Design and architect solutions using Power Platform components to meet business needs.
2. Create data models, user interfaces, workflows, and reports.
3. Meet with stakeholders to understand business requirements and leverage Microsoft Power Platform to create efficient and effective solutions.
4. Develop and maintain end user documentation.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements that improve Command Business processes.
6. Support testing and troubleshooting of defects.
7. Integrate Power Platform applications with external data sources.
8. Use data modeling techniques to build PowerBI-based dashboards.
9. Design and develop SharePoint sites, pages, lists, and views.
10. Create training documentation for end users.
11. Demo solutions to customers.

Minimum Education and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent; BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline preferred.
• 5+ years of experience developing/maintaining Microsoft-based Web and client/server applications.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2014 or later, Microsoft .NET Framework, Visual Studio 2015 or later, T-SQL, HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Experience integrating SharePoint with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform applications with external data sources.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, MySQL.
• Experience working in a CMMI Maturity Level 3 or higher organization.
• Experience with Azure (nice to have).

Certifications and Security Clearance

• Preferably one of the following certifications: CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+, CND, SSCP.
• Requires U.S. Citizenship and an active DoD security clearance.

Additional Details
