Job summary

Booth & Associates seeks a Power Platform Developer to design, build, and deploy applications supporting our engineering and operational needs, working with two developers to deliver scalable Power Platform solutions. The role is in-office at Baton Rouge, Charlotte, Summerville, or Texas offices.

You will translate business needs into technical reality, create reusable components, and enforce best practices across the team.

Qualifications

3+ years hands-on experience building on the Microsoft Power Platform.
Builder-level expertise in Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint.
Strong understanding of ERDs and relational data modeling.
Experience with DLP policies, connector governance, and deployment pipelines.
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and prototypes.

Responsibilities

Actively build Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, and Power Pages, along with Power Automate flows and Dataverse solutions.
Design data models and app structures to be scalable and maintainable.
Partner with business users to translate functional needs into technical realities.
Develop reusable components and templates to speed up development.
Collaborate with two developers for in‑the‑code support and solution design.
