Job summary

The IT Business Systems Intern will learn a mixture of business and D365 processes and work with the IT team to support the development and implementation of low-code/no-code business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools—Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI—while gaining hands-on experience in software development and process automation.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate IT/CS degree.
• Familiarity with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and Office 365 development.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, configuring, development and deploying Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven).
• Build and automate workflows using Power Automate.
• Participate in Agile development cycles and team projects.
• Conduct testing and validation of app features and data flows.
• Document business processes, user requirements, and technical specifications.
• Present project outcomes and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Apply lean thinking to identify and eliminate inefficiencies
• Create and maintain business tools that facilitate proactive decision making, effectiveness and efficiency within the team.
• Analyze/ understand AS-IS & TO-BE model, and be an advocate for change.
