Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking an Information Technology Analyst – Power Platform located in Midland, MI or Houston, TX. You will develop, test, deploy, and support Power Platform solutions, collaborating with developers, platform engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable business applications.

This role covers governance, ALM, and ongoing platform optimization. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience, U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience at or above a U.S. E5 ranking or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant, or 3 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, deploy, and support Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, AI Builder).
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Follow governance, security practices, and lifecycle management (ALM, pipelines, source control).
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and participate in SDLC activities.
