Job summary

Serco is seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Engineer to design, develop, and support low-code solutions for Navy mission and administrative workflows. The role requires active U.S. Secret clearance and hands-on experience with Flankspeed governance.

You will work with mission stakeholders, systems engineers, and cybersecurity teams to deliver secure, compliant, and scalable data solutions. On-site at Arlington, VA three days a week with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship
Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret clearance
High School Diploma
At least 3 years industry experience developing production solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
Willingness to travel up to 10%

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Power Apps (canvas/model-driven) and Power Automate flows.
Create Power BI reports/dashboards for Navy mission and admin workflows.
Integrate Power Platform solutions with DoN systems using Flankspeed connectors.
Implement secure APIs and middleware where required.
Ensure compliance with Navy security policies and data handling rules.
Manage Dataverse data models and security; configure connectors.
Perform testing and support production cutover and sustainment activities.
Provide documentation and training materials for stakeholders.
