Job summary

Serco is seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Engineer to design, develop, and support low-code solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) for Navy and DoN administrative workflows. The role requires an active U.S. Secret clearance and experience with Flankspeed environments.

You will partner with mission stakeholders and cybersecurity teams to deliver secure, compliant, and scalable business solutions, traveling up to 10% and working on-site in Arlington, VA three days a week.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret clearance.
• 1 year industry programming outside of school.
• At least 6 months experience developing production Power Platform solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI for Navy workflows.
• Integrate Power Platform with DoN systems using Flankspeed connectors.
• Ensure DoN security policies and STIGs are followed.
