Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Microsoft Power Platform Engineer to design, develop, test, and support low‑code solutions for Navy mission and administrative workflows.

You will work with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse, integrating with DoN systems while complying with security policies and governance in Flankspeed environments. Qualifications

• Active U.S. Secret clearance preferred or ability to obtain/maintain clearance.
• Experience designing and delivering low‑code solutions for Navy/DoN environments.
• Hands‑on Power Platform development, integration, and governance within Flankspeed.
• Strong collaboration with mission stakeholders, systems engineers, and cybersecurity teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Power Apps (canvas/model‑driven), Power Automate, and Power BI reports for Navy workflows.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with DoN systems using Flankspeed connectors and patterns; implement secure APIs.
• Ensure compliance with Navy security policies, STIGs, accreditation/ATO requirements, and data handling rules.
• Develop Dataverse data models, manage connectors (SharePoint, SQL, and custom connectors), and design secure data access.
• Perform solution validation, testing, and support production cutover and sustainment.
• Troubleshoot incidents and monitor performance; participate in design reviews and provide training materials.
