Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Plano, TX is seeking a Software Engineer III to join the CTO Intelligent Solutions Product Line.

You will be part of an agile team delivering reliable, scalable platform capabilities on the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate, with a focus on security, performance, and automation. Qualifications

Formal training or certification in system design concepts with 5+ years of applied experience.
Experience managing cloud-based services, particularly Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Pega and Azure services.
Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar solutions.
Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools with ability to evaluate AI outputs for correctness, performance and security.
Understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows and secure handling of data.

Responsibilities

Execute platform design, development, and technical troubleshooting for complex problems.
Create secure, high-quality production configurations and maintain workflows and algorithms.
Leverage enterprise AI coding assist tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity.
Oversee configuration, deployment, and maintenance of the Power Automate platform for high availability and reliability.
Identify optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders across time zones to support platform reliability and automation adoption.
