Job summary

JPMorganChase in Plano, TX is seeking a Software Engineer III to join our CTO Intelligent Solutions Product Line. You will help deliver secure, scalable platform capabilities with a focus on Power Automate, Power Apps, and related Microsoft tools.

Qualifications

Formal training or certification in system design concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
Experience managing cloud-based services, particularly Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Pega and Azure services.
Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar solutions.
Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and evaluating outputs for correctness, performance and security.
Understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, secure handling of data and resiliency considerations.

Responsibilities

Execute platform design, development, and troubleshooting for complex problems beyond routine solutions.
Create secure, high-quality production configurations and reliable workflows.
Leverage AI tooling to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity with peer reviews and testing.
Oversee configuration, deployment, and maintenance of the Power Automate platform for high availability.
Identify optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement and automation.
