Job summary

Lakeland Care is seeking a Business Systems & Automation Analyst to build, secure, and automate critical business systems using Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365. The role spans internal operations and client implementations, with focus on automation, APIs, and scalable workflows.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of platform experience, strong documentation skills, and a track record in MSP or consulting settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT/CS.
• 3+ years with Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
• Proficiency in Power Automate, PowerShell, JSON, and API workflows.
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript for light UI logic.
• Experience across service desk, networking, cloud, and identity/security fundamentals.
• Ability to write and maintain technical documentation.
• Experience in MSP or consulting environments.
• Familiarity with Graph API and workflow integration tools.
• Experience onboarding clients and ITIL-aligned delivery.
• Awareness of responsible AI tool usage to boost productivity.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify expectations across departments.
• Support client onboarding and implementation activities.
