Job summary

Avanza seeks a talented Software Developer with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies. You will design, develop, test, and deploy software leveraging the Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint to solve business problems and improve efficiency.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, build canvas/model-driven apps, automate workflows with Power Automate, and work with Dataverse and SharePoint data. Familiarity with Azure, Git, and Azure DevOps is valued in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• 1–3+ years of software development with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
• Proficiency in Power Apps, Power BI and other Power Platform tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specs.
• Design and implement Power Apps canvas and model-driven apps, and use Power Automate for workflow automation.
• Develop, test, debug, and maintain software using Microsoft tools; ensure code quality and documentation.
• Utilize Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Write clean, well-documented code and conduct unit/integration testing.
• Integrate with existing systems and deploy to production with monitoring for performance.
