Job summary

HTC Global Services, Inc. seeks a hands-on Microsoft Power Apps & Dataverse Developer to design, build, enhance, and maintain enterprise-grade solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform.

You will collaborate with product owners, analysts, and architects to deliver scalable applications through development, automation, data modeling, and secure-by-design practices. The role focuses on designing Canvas and Model‑Driven apps, managing Dataverse data models, and building automated workflows that

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Power Apps development (Canvas and Model-Driven).
• 5+ years of experience developing solutions using Microsoft Dataverse, including advanced data modeling and security architecture.
• Strong experience building complex workflows and integrations with Power Automate.
• Experience creating and managing custom connectors, APIs, and integrations with Azure services.
• Solid understanding of Power Platform environments, ALM, solution management, DevOps, and deployment pipelines.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, Power Fx, and low-code extensibility patterns.
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics certification, or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power Apps solutions (Canvas and Model-Driven).
• Build and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, forms, views, APIs, and security roles.
• Develop automated workflows using Power Automate.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with enterprise applications and Azure services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development, test, and production environments.
• Collaborate with business partners to translate requirements into functional solutions.
• Implement best practices for solution architecture, governance, data modeling, and secure-by-design development.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, data models, custom connectors, workflows, and operational support.
• Assist in building monitoring, auditing, logging, and compliance controls aligned with enterprise policies.
