Job summary

Ventures Unlimited Inc. is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dataverse & Power Apps Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform from Columbia, SC.

The role requires collaboration with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and architects to deliver scalable, secure business-focused solutions. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Power Apps development and Dataverse expertise, plus experience with Power Automate, APIs, and Azure integrations,

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on Power Apps development, including model-driven and canvas applications.
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dataverse, including advanced data modeling and security architecture.
Strong experience with Power Automate for complex workflows and integrations.
Experience developing and managing custom connectors, APIs, and Azure integrations.
Strong understanding of Power Platform environments, ALM, solution management, DevOps, and deployment pipelines.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power Apps solutions using canvas and model-driven applications.
Build and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, forms, views, APIs, and security roles.
Develop complex automated workflows using Power Automate.
Integrate Power Platform solutions with enterprise applications, data sources, and Azure services.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, testing, and production environments.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional technical solutions.
Implement best practices for solution architecture, governance, data modeling, and secure development.
Maintain technical documentation covering configurations, data models, connectors, workflows, and operational support.
Support monitoring, auditing, logging, and compliance controls aligned with enterprise policies.
Collaborate with architects, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and other technical teams throughout the development lifecycle.
