TD Thornton seeks a Business Applications Developer to design and implement Power Platform solutions for major utility and infrastructure programs in San Ramon/Oakland, CA. You will build Power Apps, automate workflows with Power Automate, and develop reporting dashboards to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.

The ideal candidate has 3–8 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 3–8 years of professional experience in business applications development or data analytics.
• Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience designing SharePoint sites.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Power Platform solutions supporting operational and project workflows.
• Build Power Apps to capture, manage, and track data.
• Create automated workflows with Power Automate to streamline processes.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reports for program leadership.
• Provide user guidance and documentation to ensure sustainable solutions.
