Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Contract: 9+ months with potential to extend or convert to full-time

Job Summary: We are seeking a hands-on Microsoft Power Platform Developer to design, develop, configure, and deploy business applications and workflow automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have practical experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and Microsoft Copilot Studio. This role requires the ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions, lead discovery workshops, develop prototypes, troubleshoot issues, and follow platform development and governance best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Power Apps.
• Build automated business workflows using Power Automate.
• Develop and configure Power Pages for internal and external-facing websites.
• Design and implement solutions using Microsoft Dataverse.
• Develop and configure solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Lead functionality discovery workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
• Analyze business challenges and translate use cases into scalable Power Platform solutions.
• Create application prototypes, mockups, and proof-of-concept solutions to validate requirements.
• Participate in code reviews and follow development standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot Power Platform applications, workflows, and configuration issues.

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform.

• Experience developing workflows and business process automation using Power Automate.
• Experience developing and configuring Power Pages.
• Experience working with Microsoft Dataverse.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience preparing technical documentation and solution designs.
• Understanding of application development standards, platform governance, and best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power Platform DevOps and application lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with Power Platform Pipelines and ALM Accelerator.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications, such as Power Platform Developer or Power Apps-related certifications.
