Capgemini is seeking a Power Platform Developer in the United States. You will design, develop, and deploy solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, integrating with Microsoft 365 services and external systems.

You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable automation across departments. The role emphasizes governance, security, and deployment practices, with opportunities to contribute to CoE initiatives and enterprise integrations

• 4+ years hands-on Power Platform development experience.
• Strong experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).
• Strong experience with Power Automate cloud flows; desktop flow a plus.
• Experience designing and implementing Dataverse solutions.
• Experience integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365 services, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and external systems.
• Experience developing custom connectors and working with APIs.
• Strong understanding of security, permissions, and solution deployment practices.
• Experience governance, DLP policies, connector management, authentication, security best practices.
• Troubleshooting and optimizing existing Power Platform solutions.
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements.
