Job description

We are seeking a Power Platform Developer to join our established engineering and analysis team. This position serves as the technical bridge between our Business Analysis team and full-stack .NET/C# development team, translating business requirements into functional applications, automated workflows, and data-driven reporting solutions. Your primary focus will be designing, building, deploying, and maintaining scalable, enterprise-grade solutions, automated workflows, and robust data structures within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.

You will work in close partnership with a dedicated Business Analyst to accelerate our active organization-wide migration from legacy reporting tools (SSRS, Crystal Reports) into a modern Microsoft cloud solution, driving the ongoing development and continuous evolution of MLM's Power Platform and Microsoft cloud ecosystem. This is a long-term, evolving role within the IT department with growing responsibility as the organization's Microsoft cloud capabilities expand.

Join a collaborative, technically grounded IT team where your work will have direct, visible impact on business operations. You will not be lost in a large enterprise — your contributions will matter from day one.
