Power Platform Developer
Our client is seeking a Power Platform Business Intelligence Engineer with a strong background in Microsoft Power Platform to join their dynamic team. This individual will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing innovative Power Platform solutions in collaboration with stakeholders, project managers, and developers across various departments. The role demands a consultative approach to understanding business needs and the ability to communicate effectively at both a technical and functional level.

This role is fully remote.

• Design and implement Power Platform solutions that are scalable, secure, and meet business requirements.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Power Platform, providing guidance on best practices for solution design, application lifecycle management, data loss prevention, and environment strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and business analysts to gather requirements and deliver new and enhanced Power Platform solutions, including third-party application integrations.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including specifications and architecture diagrams.
• Ensure Power Platform solutions are monitored, supported, and built for high availability.
• Stay updated on new features and capabilities of the Power Platform and recommend their adoption as appropriate.
• Mentor team members on Power Platform development and share best practices.

Power Platform Developer Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in developing Power Platform solutions.
• Proficiency in building complex Power Automate flows.
• Expertise in Power Apps (canvas and model-driven apps), Power Automate (cloud flows, desktop flows, and business process flows), Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents), Dataverse, and Power BI.
• Experience integrating Power Platform with other systems and platforms.
• Strong understanding and utilization of RESTful APIs and integration tools.
• Advanced skills with PowerShell and PowerFx.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.

Compensation: Up to $35/hr. (DOE)
