Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a skilled Power Platform Consultant to join our US Delivery Center in a hybrid role based in Gilbert, AZ. You will design, build, and optimize model-driven apps using Dataverse and Power Automate, translating client needs into scalable data models and secure architectures.

Responsibilities include implementing security, integrating with Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365, and driving testing, governance, and deployment processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with strong business-to-technical translation.
• 4+ years delivering enterprise apps (low-code or traditional).
• 3+ years building Power Apps; 1+ year model-driven apps.
• 3+ years Dataverse data modeling and security design.
• 3+ years Power Automate (cloud flows) with integration scenarios.
• 1+ years Agile delivery experience; ALM concepts understanding.
• Delivery Center location and travel requirements included.

Responsibilities

• Design and build model-driven apps using Dataverse, forms, views, and dashboards.
• Translate business requirements into data models and solution components.
• Configure and extend Dataverse including security models.
• Design processes with Power Automate and integrate with external systems.
• Promote development standards, ALM, and deployment pipelines.
• Support testing, quality practices, and release readiness.
• Participate in design and code reviews for maintainability and security.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on modernization and roadmap enhancements.
• Create and maintain solution design and runbooks.
