Job summary

Public Consulting Group LLC (PCG) seeks a Power Platform Specialist to design, build, and deploy Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, and to customize SharePoint sites and workflows. This hybrid role requires some travel and onsite work.

You will collaborate with analysts, developers, and end users to gather requirements, ensure governance and security, and deliver well-tested, maintainable solutions that integrate with Office 365 and other low-code platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Power Platform PL-200 or PL-400 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy robust custom solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform tools.
• Develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and automated workflows.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Office 365 apps (Outlook, Teams) and other low-code platforms.
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, and end-users to gather requirements and ensure alignment with goals.
• Proactively identify workflow automation opportunities to improve productivity.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Power Platform and SharePoint apps.
• Create documentation including development procedures, configurations, user guides, and training materials.
• Coordinate with IT on governance, data management, security, and compliance.
• Participate in all phases of the SDLC and perform detailed testing.
• Stay updated with Power Platform and Office 365 features and best practices.
