Guidehouse is seeking a Data Analyst/Analyst for Data Science Consulting in Huntsville, AL. You will collect, clean, analyze, and synthesize data from multiple sources, delivering Power BI dashboards and reports to support operations and decision making.

You will develop Power Apps to streamline workflows, automate processes with Power Automate, and work with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical solutions while maintaining data quality and documentation.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance required or maintained.
• Bachelor's Degree plus 4 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least 1 year of data analytics or reporting experience.
• Proficient with Excel and relational data sources (SQL, SharePoint, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visuals using Power BI.
• Build and support Power Apps to streamline workflows.
• Automate recurring processes with Power Automate and low-code tools.
• Partner with stakeholders to define metrics and analytical requirements.
• Monitor data quality and deliver actionable insights for decisions.
• Document data processes and report logic for maintainability.
• Collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment to deliver analytics.
