Job summary

SunTechPros Inc. seeks a skilled MS Power Platform Developer/Architect to recreate a statewide billing system for North Carolina establishments. You will design and implement Power Platform solutions mirroring an end-of-life system, including data pipelines, Dataverse data, and invoicing automations.

You will integrate PayIt for online payments, handle checks, and ensure reconciliation with NCFS, all while documenting communications and maintaining an ALM across Dev/UAT/PROD environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field required.
• At least 3 years of MS Power Platform development/implementation experience.
• Proficiency with PowerApps, Power Virtual Agent, and Dataverse.
• Knowledge of SQL database structure.
• PL-400 or higher certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and architect Power Platform solutions to recreate legacy functionality.
• Build data pipelines: AWS-hosted SQL to Dataverse, enable census extraction for billing.
• Create and manage Dynamics-related automations to generate invoices and track payments.
• Integrate PayIt for online payments and reconcile payments with Dynamics.
• Log and reconcile checks, align records with NCFS requirements.
• Manage case management system communications and link related records.
• Develop reporting to monitor invoicing metrics and program performance.
• Establish an ALM environment across Development, UAT, and PROD with synchronized GUIDs.
