Job summary

HonorVet Technologies in Raleigh, NC seeks an MS Power Platform Developer & Architect to recreate a deprecated state-wide billing system using Power Platform. You will design and implement a system that mirrors AWS data to Dataverse and enables billing workflows.

The role requires 3+ years in Power Platform, expertise in PowerApps, Power Virtual Agent, Dataverse, and SQL. You will build ALM environments (Development, UAT, PROD) and integrate PayIt for payments, with invoices and payments tracked

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in MS Power Platform development and implementation.
Proficiency in PowerApps, Power Virtual Agent, and Dataverse.
Knowledge of SQL database structure.
Preferred: PL-400 Certification or higher.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

Build a system to mirror SQL data from AWS to Dataverse and generate a census for statewide billing.
Automations linked to Dynamics create invoices and track payments.
Integrate PayIt for online payments and reconcile payment records.
Log checks and reconcile with NCFS through the controller.
Create an ALM environment with Development, UAT and PROD for smooth promotions.
Develop a reporting system to analyze invoicing metrics and program performance.
