Job summary

Novalink Solutions LLC seeks a DHHS MS Power Platform Developer & Architect to design and implement a statewide billing system using Power Platform, Dataverse, and related tools. You will replicate legacy functionality, automate invoicing, and integrate PayIt for payments within a Dynamics-based workflow.

The role requires 3+ years in Power Platform development, strong SQL knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in MS Power Platform development and implementation.
Proficiency in PowerApps, Power Virtual Agent, and Dataverse.
Knowledge of SQL database structure.
Microsoft Certification-Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) or higher is highly desired.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Create and implement a system for statewide billing for establishments holding permits.
Recreate functionality of deprecated software using Power Platform.
Build pipelines to mirror SQL data to Dataverse and generate invoices.
Integrate PayIt for online payments and track payments and invoices in Dynamics.
Log checks and reconcile to ensure records align with NCFS.
Develop an ALM environment (Development, UAT, PROD) for seamless promotions.
