Job summary

CompQsoft seeks a Power Platform Architect (Copilot Studio) to lead design and delivery of enterprise Power Platform solutions. This fully remote role emphasizes architecture, integration with enterprise systems, and strong governance.

You will partner with clients to craft scalable architectures and drive technical workshops, ensuring robust security and AI grounding. Ideal candidates have 6–8 years in enterprise development, 5+ years on Power Platform, and a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of enterprise app development or solution architecture experience.
• 5+ years delivering Power Platform solutions with leadership.
• Design and delivery of Copilot Studio agents with enterprise integration.
• Strong Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and architecture knowledge.
• Experience with conversational design and AI grounding patterns.
• Understanding of Entra ID, RBAC, and enterprise security.
• Experience architecting REST API integrations and Azure extensions.
• Experience with lifecycle management, source control, and deployments.
• Ability to assess performance, licensing, capacity, and consumption.
• Lead technical workshops and client-facing delivery.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Bachelor-level STEM degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Design solution architecture and technical designs.
• Define agent designs, knowledge strategies, tools, and orchestration.
• Create Dataverse data models and integration specs.
• Ensure security governance and responsible AI controls.
• Plan environments, deployments, and pipelines.
• Prepare evaluation datasets, tests, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop monitoring dashboards and operational procedures.
• Produce deployment guides and knowledge-transfer materials.

Requirements

• 1. 6-8 years of experience in enterprise application development, technical consulting, or solution architecture.
• 2. At least 5 years of hands-on experience delivering Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including architecture or technical leadership responsibilities.
• 3. Demonstrated experience designing and delivering Copilot Studio agents integrated with enterprise knowledge and business systems.
• 4. Strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Dataverse, and Power Platform solution architecture.
• 5. Experience with conversational design, generative AI grounding, agent tools and actions, and human approval patterns.
• 6. Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, role-based access, data policies, and enterprise security requirements.
• 7. Experience architecting REST API integrations, custom connectors, and Azure-based extensions.
• 8. Practical knowledge of application lifecycle management, source control, deployment pipelines, and environment management.
• 9. Ability to assess performance, platform limits, licensing, capacity, and consumption considerations.
• 10. Experience leading technical workshops, architecture reviews, and client-facing delivery.
• 11. Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• 12. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• 1. Experience integrating agents with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Contact Center, or other enterprise applications.
• 2. Experience with Azure AI services and enterprise retrieval or search solutions.
• 4. Experience with Power Apps Component Framework, Dataverse plugins, and custom APIs.
• 5. Familiarity with Power Platform administration and organizational adoption programs.
• 6. Experience designing solutions for regulated or data-sensitive industries.
• 7. Experience implementing multilingual or multichannel agent experiences.
• 8. Consulting or systems integration experience, including presales and estimation.
• 9. Relevant Microsoft certifications in Power Platform architecture, development, or Azure.
