NetImpact Strategies Inc. seeks an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Specialist to design, develop, deploy, and support scalable business applications and automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.

The ideal candidate will bring hands‑on expertise in Power Apps (Canvas and Model‑Driven), Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and Microsoft 365, collaborating with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into secure, high‑performing solutions that

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Associate degree with 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Extensive hands‑on Power Apps development experience (Canvas and Model‑Driven).
• Strong Dataverse data modeling, security, and application integration experience.
• Experience with Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, SQL Server, and Microsoft 365.
• Proficiency with Power Fx, JavaScript, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Power Apps solutions.
• Translate requirements into scalable Power Platform solutions.
• Create responsive interfaces with strong user experience.
• Develop data models in Dataverse and integrate with SharePoint/SQL Server.
• Build Power Automate workflows.
• Develop Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Provide governance, standards, and ALM guidance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues across apps, automations, and data integrations.
