Job summary

Hansen Talent Group seeks an experienced Power Platform / Microsoft Fabric Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise solutions across Power Platform, Fabric, Azure, and Copilot ecosystems.

You will analyze requirements, design scalable solutions, and deliver AI-powered automations and analytics at scale, collaborating with business stakeholders and IT teams to improve efficiency and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform technologies and enterprise applications.
• Proven ability to design, develop and implement data integration, automation and analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.
• Develop enterprise apps, integrations, automations, and reporting using Power Platform and Fabric.
• Build AI-powered solutions using Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Generative AI technologies.
• Develop data integration and analytics using Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Data Lake, and Fabric.
• Own full software development lifecycle across complex applications.
• Evaluate systems and propose enhancements, reusable components, and long-term architecture.
• Establish development standards, governance, security controls, and documentation.
• Participate in DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment automation.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to teams.
• Analyze and resolve complex performance issues across enterprise platforms.
• Support collaboration and productivity initiatives through automation and reporting.
