Job summary

Dev Technology Group, Inc. is seeking a Microsoft Power Platform/AI Intern for Summer 2027. Based in Reston, VA, you will explore Agile software delivery, government tech consulting, and hands-on work with Power Platform, AI, Copilot, and Azure services.

You’ll design low-code apps, automate workflows, and participate in a collaborative, team-driven internship. The role emphasizes learning, experimentation, and documenting solutions, with exposure to enterprise Microsoft environments, security

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a technology field
• Interest in Microsoft technologies, cloud and AI
• Exposure to programming or scripting through coursework or projects
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Participate in Agile software delivery activities (stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement)
• Learn government tech consulting and how Microsoft technologies modernize processes
• Build hands-on experience with Power Platform, AI, and related tools
• Assist with design and development of Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint solutions, and low-code apps
• Explore Copilot, Azure AI services, and generative AI to improve processes
• Gain exposure to AI agents and agentic workflows in M365/Power Platform
• Use modern development practices to accelerate prototyping and documentation
• Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and demonstrate solutions
• Support client delivery through development, testing, and governance
• Learn enterprise Microsoft environment concepts like security and data protection
• Research new Microsoft capabilities and assess applicability to client needs
• Develop technical docs, diagrams, and client-facing materials
• Work on a team project from problem definition to demonstration
• Present final project outcomes to leadership
