Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical maintenance of power plant equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot non-routine equipment malfunctions.
• Willingness to work 8- or 10-hour shifts and overtime.
• Maintain safety, reliability, and productive work relationships.
• Valid, unrestricted U.S. drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Attends, supports, and participates in monthly safety meetings and facility safety program.
• Supports and utilizes the Standing Orders procedure.
• Supports and participates in safety committee program and meetings.
• Understands and follows NAES safety guidelines and manuals.
• Maintain and repair mechanical equipment, buildings, and grounds.
• Coordinate outside contractors to minimize plant upsets.
