Virgin Islands Water Authority is seeking a Preventive Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance of power generation equipment and lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities. The role requires coordinating outages, supervising staff, and ensuring safety compliance in a 24-hour service environment.

The position involves overtime as needed during emergencies and requires experience with CMMS and maintenance planning.

Competenze

• Experience in power plant or industrial maintenance environments.
• Supervisory experience and CMMS knowledge preferred.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Mansioni

• Oversee preventive, predictive, corrective, and routine maintenance of power generation equipment.
• Plan and monitor maintenance schedules, work orders, and outages.
• Oversee CMMS operations, maintenance histories, and compliance.
• Supervise predictive maintenance programs including vibration analysis, infrared thermography, and other tests.
• Coordinate personnel, tools, materials, and equipment with Operations, Engineering, Procurement, and Stores.
• Prepare maintenance and outage reports and monitor performance metrics.
• Train and evaluate employees and enforce safety policies.
