Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee preventive, predictive, corrective, and routine maintenance on power generation equipment. This role ensures reliability, availability, and safe operation with overtime as needed for emergency conditions.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent with technical coursework and 7 years of power plant or related experience, plus supervisory capabilities and CMMS familiarity.

• Knowledge of power plant equipment, maintenance practices, predictive maintenance techniques, and safety procedures.

Mansioni

• Supervises and coordinates preventive, predictive, corrective, and routine maintenance activities on power generation equipment.
• Plans and monitors maintenance schedules, work orders, inspections, and outages.
• Oversees CMMS operations, equipment records, and maintenance histories.
