Entergy Corporation in Louisiana seeks a Superintendent Outage & Process to develop long range outage plans, manage outages, budgets, and risk processes across multiple units. You will lead large capital projects and guide teams through the outage lifecycle from planning to execution.

You will ensure cost, safety, and schedule adherence, coordinate with plant management, and mentor project managers to achieve target results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of Power Plant Maintenance related experience.
• 2+ years in a Project Management leadership role.

Responsabilités

• Oversees long range and detailed planning and execution of unit outages according to the outage stage gate process
• Manages cost, schedule and safety processes for outage scopes of work
• Interfaces with Plant Management personnel to communicate and drive to resolution of key issues impacting project / outage
• Coaches project managers as necessary to deliver expected financial, safety and schedule results on outage scopes, projects, Outage Stage Gate Reviews, ECD/CBO and 5 year budget planning
• Oversees and manages the LTSA contracts
• Participate in plant monthly ROP meetings
• Understands, negotiates, and influences contract language for vendors / contractors to protect Entergy's best interest
