Job summary

Dominion Energy is seeking a Maintenance Operator Trainee at the Warren County Power Station. You will operate and maintain power station equipment, perform daily operations, and support major equipment maintenance while training through a 56-month program.

Starting pay is $30.98 per hour with a 5% location-based supplement. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license, with travel to Richmond, VA for up to nine weeks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Ability to work 4x10 schedule including holidays and outages.
• Able to travel to training in Richmond, VA for up to nine weeks.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain power station equipment.
• Inspect, monitor and manage electrical and mechanical systems.
• Perform routine operations and tag/isolated equipment for maintenance.
• Record entries in computer-based logbooks and participate in 56‑month program.
