Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work around dust, grease, dirt, weather, loud noise and machinery.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts including days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain power station equipment.
• Perform daily routine operations.
• Isolate/tag equipment for maintenance.
• Valve operations.
• Make entries into computer-based logbooks.
• Perform maintenance on major industrial equipment such as pumps, turbines, and power station mechanical equipment.
• Perform maintenance on batteries, motors, switchgear, motor operated valves and other electrical equipment.
