Qualifications

• Ability to understand procedures and instructions as would be gained in high school.
• Must read, write and speak English to perform duties safely and efficiently.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook; comfortable using standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety procedures and complete operator qualifications within required timeframes.
• Operate power-generation equipment during normal operation, maintenance, and emergencies.
• Review routine data, troubleshoot abnormal indications, and take corrective actions.
• Maintain detailed logs of plant activities and ensure production targets are met.
