Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Start, stop, and regulate equipment to condition the facility.
• Monitor meters and gauges; adjust valves and machinery as needed.
• Perform water sampling and chemical testing for makeup water.
• Carry out routine maintenance, lubrication, and cleaning of boilers and central plant equipment daily.
• Document work orders and equipment records in the CMMS and respond to facility needs promptly.
