Job summary

Luminant Generation Company LLC seeks a Plant Supervisor to support operation and maintenance at a Texas generating station. The role may require travel to support other stations.

Responsibilities include supervising multi-skill production and maintenance staff, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and coordinating with vendors. Strong Maximo and WST scheduling experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree or certifications applicable.
• Experience in power generation plant operations and maintenance.
• 5-7 years of relevant power plant experience preferred.
• Experience using Maximo for planning work, purchase requests, and job plans.
• Experience with WST scheduling tool; familiarity with PMMS a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operation and maintenance of a generating station.
• Supervise multi-skill production and maintenance staff to ensure safe, reliable operation.
• Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with policies and labor agreements.
• Ensure safety, environmental, regulatory compliance and proper documentation.
• Assist in coordinating special projects and respond to emergency situations as needed.
• Interface with outside vendors and contractors; plan and schedule for the plant site.
