Qualifications

• 5-7 years of power generation plant experience.
• Experience with Maximo for planning work, purchase requests, and job plans.
• Experience with WST, the preferred scheduling tool used by Luminant.
• Experience in operations and maintenance at a power plant, especially control operator on a drum boiler, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operation and maintenance of a generating station.
• Supervise and direct multi-skill production and maintenance personnel for safe, reliable operation.
• Manage employee relations per company policies and labor agreements.
• Ensure safety, environmental, regulatory, administrative, and procedural compliance; maintain documentation.
• Coordinate and implement special projects; respond to emergency calls and troubleshoot system problems.
