Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3+ years experience.
• Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on campus plant equipment and document actions.
• Respond to work orders promptly and communicate outcomes.
• Lead and train plant operations staff; set goals and provide guidance.
• Read blueprints and perform shutdowns of systems as needed for maintenance.
• Document work, materials, and future needs; coordinate with supervisors.
• Coordinate with building coordinators to prevent disruption to campus operations.
