Job summary

EthosEnergy is seeking a Power Plant Manager for the Paris Energy Center in Paris, TX. You will provide leadership to operate the 2x1 GE 7EA combined-cycle plant safely, reliably, and cost-effectively under the site’s O&M agreement.

Responsibilities include managing staff, budgets, regulatory compliance, environmental and safety programs, and reporting to the regional operations manager. The role requires strong technical insight, budgeting skills, and the ability to coordinate with the owner

Qualifications

• Experience in Startup or Operations of a Combined Cycle Power Station.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Paris Energy Center safely and provide a stable, reliable, and economical operation.
• Oversee environmental reporting and ensure environmental programs comply with permits.
• Ensure NERC and regulatory reporting requirements are met.
• Develop and manage the annual budget and facility operating plan.
• Coordinate maintenance and outages, and provide outage reports to the owner.
• Lead and coach facility staff to meet goals and maintain required skill sets.
