Job summary

DCO Energy, LLC seeks a seasoned Operations & Maintenance leader to direct two LM6000 gas turbines and supporting systems. You will enforce safety rules, supervise staff, and coordinate with the Owner’s Representative to meet client commitments.

Responsibilities include analyzing performance data, guiding corrective actions, and managing vendors. Strong communications and leadership are essential for reliable, cost-effective plant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is preferred, or technical field with a minimum of ten years’ facilities operations experience.
• Experience solving technical problems, supervising personnel and reading electrical/mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise operation and maintenance personnel for two LM6000 turbines and plant systems.
• Maintain safety, environmental and client-relationship standards.
• Review performance data and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Manage third-party contracts and service providers for the facilities.
• Develop and issue maintenance progress reports and project inputs.
